Judge Flickenger, Mental Health Court Judge,  and Susan McLaughlin,
Director of the Treatment Access Center (TASC), presented information about
the New Castle County Mental Health Court Pilot Program.

Josh Templet, Executive Director of SURJ, spoke about SURJ's work and the importance of
quality mental health assessment and treatment in Delaware's criminal justice system.

The speakers gathered for a panel discussion after their presentations.
