Delaware’s
Collaboration for Youth is a statewide public/private partnership of
individuals and organizations advocating for fair, equitable, and
developmentally appropriate adjudication and treatment for all children,
youth, and families involved in the child welfare and juvenile justice
systems.
The Collaboration works toward its mission by:
- Proactively tracking issues and related
legislation
- Advancing a common agenda that focuses on preventive
and intervention efforts that reflect our mission
- Serving as a vehicle for state and local voices to be heard,
individually and collectively
