Development Committee
Responsible for raising and overseeing funds to carry out SURJ's operation.

Membership Committee
Oversees the effort to recruit new SURJ members from throughout the state, enlist community and religious organizations in SURJ's mission, and educate our members of SURJ developments.

Policy Committee
Responsible for researching and recommending SURJ policy positions.

          Adult Corrections Subcommittee
          Advises the Policy Committee in areas of adult corrections, including reentry, accreditation and classification.

          Legal Team
          Drafts, reviews and researches legislation.

          Treatment Subcommittee
          Guides the development of SURJ's research, policy positions and advocacy relating to substance abuse and 
          mental health treatment.

Public Relations
Responsible for brainstorming and implementing SURJ public relations strategies.
